ISO GMP HACCP Certified salt crushed as per hygienic requirements. Himalayan Salt is suitable for various purposes like skin care, asthma treatment, warm baths, edible salt etc. Salt comes in variety of different coarse grades. Salt is available in various pack sizes.

  • Free Delivery orders are dispatched as per estimated delivery time mentioned on e. Email notification is mostly sent when items are dispatched.
  • Express Delivery orders are sent same day if order placed before 10:00am on the working day, otherwise next working day.
  • During Business Holidays or UK bank holidays, delays are expected. Customers can ask for refund if they can't wait.


  • Once items sent, we expect you to receive the items within 5-7 working days (for UK mainland deliveries only). Mostly its a lot earlier than this time.
  • If your items do not arrive within 7 Working days of despatch date, please contact us immediately


  • We do inform customer prior to delivery through email or SMS. Courier will do maximum two delivery attempts and after that parcel stays in delivery depot for 24 hours and customer can collect the items from the depot. If customer fails to collect then items will be returned back to our warehouse.


If customer is not available at time of delivery please inform us before despatch so the alternate delivery option can be arranged and we are always happy to help. But, if the delivery process fails and goods returned back to our warehouse due to the reason customer is not reachable/available on the delivery time at the given address then customer will be charged for additional delivery cost. In this scenario, If refund is requested by the customer, postage cost will be deducted from actual sale price.


  • We offer Free Delivery in most of the UK Mainland locations only.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer free delivery to Non-UKmainland locations and delivery times are slightly longer for these locations.
  • Postage cost for an item could be checked by entering postcode under the postage & payments section of the listing.
  • We strongly advise to contact our support team if you have any questions related to shipping cost and times before purchasing an item.


  • In case, you are not happy with the purchase please contact us within 7 days of item delivery, we will be happy to assist.
  • All returned goods must be in 'As new and re-sellable Condition', 'In original Packing' and 'Should not have been used or damaged' in any way.
  • All our products are packed and sealed securely. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged please contact us and we will send a replacement. Although, we recommend Please inspect your goods upon receipt of delivery. If they are damaged and require a signature by the courier sign for them as damaged and contact us immediately.
  • Shortages or damages must be notified to us within 3 days of item delivery. Upon receiving our goods back we will either dispatch a replacement item or issue a full refund. We may ask if you can provide photographic evidence of the damage so we can escalate it with our business partners.
  • After returns agreement, please re-package the item safely and include a note stating the reason for the return. All items are returned at customer's own risk. In the event of a returned item being lost we will require proof of postage.
  • Return of non-faulty or unwanted items will receive full refund minus order handling charges.
  • Any goods returned to us that do not meet the legal requirements under the Distance Selling Regulations will not be considered suitable for reimbursement.


  • If replacement item is agreed, Please consider that its treated as a normal order and will be sent within 24 to 48 hours.
  • We may swap the item at the time of replacement item delivery so please do not throw away the item without discussing with us.

Product Care

  • Himalayan Salt has tendency to absorb moisture from surroundings therefore Salt lamps should be turned on for couple of hours every other day to avoid pooling. If you do not want to use it for longer period then wrap it securely in a air tight plastic bag.
  • If you find the lamp slightly wet on arrival you can simply dry it with a cotton cloth or blow hot air and let it dry for sometime before you turn it on.


  • Do not leave your lamp turned on overnight.
  • Product is suitable for external use only and do not bring in contact with mouth, its processed salt and not edible.
  • Please keep item away from the reach of children.
  • Heavy lamps should not be kept high to avoid accidents.
