From Humble Beginnings to Global Presence

A few years ago, I returned to my homeland, and that visit marked the beginning of an exciting journey for us. We set out to start an online business, and Himalayan Salt Products were the perfect fit for our product selection criteria. What started as a small family-run operation, operating from a modest room and a garage with our first shipment, has grown steadily and successfully.

UK Warehouse: A Key Milestone

Our journey began on eBay, serving retail customers. However, as we listened to our customers' needs, we recognized the demand for a wholesale channel. This led to the establishment of our first warehouse in Manchester, UK—a pivotal moment that helped solidify the foundation of our business.

Trademark: Building a Strong Brand Identity

To distinguish ourselves in the market, we registered our own trademark: Natural Krafts. This step allowed us to build a reputable presence in the European market and also register our brand with Amazon Brand Registries worldwide, ensuring better protection and visibility.

Processing Facility: Taking Control of Our Supply Chain

As we expanded, we encountered several challenges, particularly in supply chain and quality management, due to relying on third-party suppliers. Faced with significant losses, we decided to take control and establish our own in-house processing facility to oversee the manufacturing of our salt products directly.This decision, though challenging, paid off when we shipped our first consignment from the facility in 2020. Since then, our operations have improved drastically, allowing us to streamline our processes and meet growing demand. The journey continues as we strive for rapid growth, aided by the dynamic e-commerce and social media landscape.

Looking Ahead: A Journey of Growth and Collaboration

While we’ve made significant strides, our journey is far from complete. We’re focused on building a strong foundation for long-term success, with the support of our loyal customers who are key stakeholders in this mission.
