Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you accordingly.


Return Requirements

  • All returned items must be in new, re-sellable condition, with original packaging, and unopened or undamaged in any way.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • Our products are carefully packed and sealed. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
  • We recommend inspecting your items upon receipt. If any damage is found, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Upon receiving damaged goods, we will either dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • We may request photographic evidence of the damage for escalation with our business partners.


Return Process

  • Once a return is approved, please repackage the item securely and include a note with the reason for the return.
  • All return shipments are at the customer's own risk, and proof of postage will be required if the item is lost in transit.


Refunds for Non-Faulty or Unwanted Items

  • Returns for non-faulty or unwanted items will receive a full refund, minus any order handling charges.


Legal Compliance

  • Goods returned that do not meet the Distance Selling Regulations will not be eligible for reimbursement.


Important Return Guidelines

  • Do not reject or decline delivery, nor return items to the delivery driver. This is not an acceptable return process and will delay your return or replacement request.
  • If you have any issues, please contact us after the items are received. The customer will be responsible for any items if the delivery is refused.


Replacement Orders

  • If a replacement item is agreed upon, it will be processed as a new order and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Please do not dispose of the original item without consulting us first, as we may request it back when the replacement is delivered.
